The oil casing coupling is a kind of oil field drilling tool, mainly used for the connection of the oil pipe. The oil pipe coupling mainly solves the problem that the existing coupling is prone to fatigue fracture due to stress concentration. The oil casing coupling manufacturer will tell you about the installation method of the casing joint and the safety precautions that need to be paid attention to.
1) Installation method of oil casing coupling:
1. Saw off a suitable length of
seamless pipe, and remove the burrs at the port. The pipe hole should be perpendicular to the center line, and the viewing angle size tolerance should not exceed 0.5. If the pipe needs to be bent with a metal plate, the distance from the parallel line from the inner hole of the pipe to the bending position shall not exceed three times the length of the nut.
2. Install the nut and casing collar on the seamless pipe, pay attention to the direction of the nut and ferrule, there is no need to install it in reverse.
3. Brush grease on the external thread and ferrule of the self-provided joint, insert the pipe into the joint body, and tighten the nut with fingertips.
4. Tighten the nut until the casing collar blocks the system pipe. This historical turning point can be felt by increasing the tightening torque as needed.
5. After reaching the working pressure point, tighten the nut 1/2 turn.
6. Remove the connector body, check the insertion state of the core edge, so that the visible convex surface needs to cover the interior space of the core hole, and the ring can rotate slightly, but not radially.
7. Apply grease to the external thread of the connector body, use it to tighten the clamping nut until the felt tightening force can be improved, then tighten it for 1 turn to complete the installation.
2) Safety matters need to be paid attention to when installing the oil casing coupling:
When installing, the butt joint connected with the casing collar should be cleaned inside and outside, the outlet of the butt joint should be polished and smooth, the surface layer should be free of burrs and uneven surfaces, and the butt joint and casing joint should not be bent. Otherwise, leakage will occur at the joint between the casing joint and the seamless steel pipe, and the seamless steel pipe on both sides of the bayonet joint should be made of uniform material to reasonably avoid leakage. When the seamless steel pipe is put into the pipe joint body, the range where the sleeve is gradually tightened should not be too large. The ring should be threaded from shallow to deep to the end of the male thread or 2/3 of the way.
