What is a slotted pipe?
Slotted pipe is to cut a number of longitudinal or spiral straight and staggered slots of certain specifications on the
oil casing or oil pipe in various ways. It is made of special ultra-thin cutting sheet and beam cutting, and its slit width is 0.2-0.5mm. The cross-section of the slit is rectangular, trapezoidal (trapezoidal angle is 3-8 degrees) and special shape (round hole), which can ensure the permeability of 0.5%-10%. The layout of the slit can be processed according to the user's requirements.

1. The slotted pipe is suitable for sand control in sand wells with a sand particle size greater than 0.3mm.
2. The verticality of the cutting edge is good, the cutting edge is smooth, no burr, and the cutting seam is even.
3. Large flow area, 27/8" screen pipe with 300 slots/1.5m, which is 2.4 times larger than the flow area of tubing with the same specification.
4. Anti-corrosion treatment is carried out on the whole, which improves the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the screen pipe, and can prolong its downhole working life.

J55 or N80 oil casing body, which has high strength and is not easy to deform.
