What Are The Precautions For Casing Pipes

Date:2019-02-13    keywords:casing pipe
The casing pipe is used to support the steel pipe of the oil and gas well wall to ensure the normal operation of the entire oil well after the drilling process and completion, and the role is to fix the oil and gas oil well wall or the well hole, then what are the use? What about the matters?

1. First of all, we must do a good job in achieving water quality standards and strict water quality monitoring and management. The decontamination and re-injection shall be carried out to strengthen the cleaning work of the main water pipeline, so that the water quality in the station and the bottom of the well can be achieved, and the corrosion source is reduced to be introduced into the annular space.

2. For the injection wells that have been newly put into operation, take the annulus protection liquid mainly based on dosing and sterilization, and form a system to regularly add.

3. In view of the acceleration of the corrosion of the oil casing by mechanical abrasion, it is recommended to add a rubber ring to the tubing coupling or add a centralizer to the serious part of the well.

4. In case of serious bacterial corrosion under scale and slow growth and killing of SRB at high temperature, 100 °C high temperature water or water vapor can be injected into the annulus periodically to kill SRB under the scale.

5. It is not recommended to promote the use of cathodic protection and atlas casing before the corrosion in the casing of the injection well is not effectively controlled.

The casing pipe is different from the oil pipe of the high pressure oil pipe manufacturer. I hope everyone can understand this. It is generally divided into a condui, a surface casing, and a technical casing.
