Hot rolled:
Tube billet- inspection - cutting - ring furnace heating - perforation - tube rolling - micro tension reduction - straightening - cutting head and tail - inspection - non-destructive testing - hydraulic test - Turning wire and tube end processing

Quality Inspection:

Conventional non-destructive testing + hydrostatic test (magnetic particle testing MPI, eddy current testing ET, ultrasonic testing UT, radiographic testing RT.)
