1. Seamless steel tube packaging should be able to prevent slackness and damage during normal loading, unloading, transportation and storage.
2. If the purchaser has special requirements for the packaging materials and packaging methods of the seamless steel pipe, it shall be specified in the contract; if not specified, the packaging materials and packaging methods are available to the supplier.
3. Packaging materials should conform to relevant rules. If no packaging information is required, it should be suitable for the intended use to prevent waste and environmental purification.
4. If the customer requires that the seamless steel pipe cannot be damaged on the surface, such as bumps, etc., you can consider the maintenance and installation between the seamless steel pipes. Maintenance and installation can use rubber, straw rope, fiber cloth, plastic, pipe caps, etc.
5. For thin-walled seamless steel pipes, thick-walled and thin-walled steel pipes can be adopted for internal support or external frame maintenance. The materials of the bracket and the outer frame are different from those of the seamless steel pipe.
6. Seamless steel pipe in bulk. If customers require bundling, they can think about it, but the caliber must be between 1591K and 500M. The bundled materials are packed and fastened with steel strips, each of which should be twisted into at least two strands, and excessively added according to the outer diameter and weight of the seamless steel pipe to avoid the occurrence of loosening.
7. Fixed-length seamless steel pipes can be unbundled.
8. If both ends of the seamless steel pipe are threaded, they shall be protected by thread maintainers. Apply smooth oil or rust preventive to the threads. The two ends of the seamless steel pipe are broken, and a mouthpiece protector can be added at both ends according to requirements.
9. If the seamless steel pipe is installed in a container, the container shall be cushioned, and a soft moisture-proof installation such as a woven cloth, a straw mat, etc. shall be installed. In order to weave the seamless steel pipe in the container, we can bundle or perhaps weld the protective bracket inside the seamless steel pipe.
