Treatment of factory defects of oil casing pipe:
Various defects found in the oil casing pipe body or pipe ends that affect the performance of the pipeline, such as pits, cracks, wrinkles, bulges, bulges, gouges, delaminations, hairlines, etc., if the depth of the defect does not exceed the entire 10% of the pipe wall thickness can be removed by manual grinding. The grinding part and the pipe end should be trimmed and the transition should be smooth.
When it is found during inspection that the depth of the oil casing body defect exceeds 10% of the entire pipe body wall thickness, the root canal is determined to be unqualified; when excessive defects are found at the pipe end, they should be marked and mechanically removed.
