The hot push forming process uses a special elbow pusher, core mold and heating device to make the blank on the mold move forward under the push of the pusher. During the movement, the blank is heated, expanded and bent. The advantage of this process is that it can produce elbows with uniform wall thickness and good mechanical properties, and can produce elbows with large radius and thick wall, which is difficult to achieve with some other processes.
