4, Chrome stainless steel flange hardened American standard flange larger, prone to cracking. If using the same type of stainless steel welding rod (G202, G207) welding, must be preheated above 300 ℃ and 700 ℃ after welding slow cooling. If the weldment can not be post-weld heat treatment, should be used stainless steel flange electrode (A107, A207).
5, Stainless steel flange, in order to improve the corrosion resistance and weldability and appropriate to increase the amount of stability elements Ti, Nb, Mo, etc., weldability better than the stainless steel flange. When using the same type of chromium stainless steel flange electrode (G302, G307), should be carried out above 200 ℃ preheating and tempering around 800 ℃ after welding.
