Reason of oxidation

Chemical polishing

The basic composition of the chemical polishing solution includes etchants, oxidants and water. The etchant is the main ingredient, and if the stainless steel is dissolved in the solution, the polishing can not be carried out. The oxidizing agent and the additive can inhibit the process so that the reaction is carried out in a direction favorable for polishing. Water regulates the concentration of the solution to facilitate the diffusion of the reaction product. Stainless steel chemical polishing can proceed smoothly, depending on the reasonable combination of the above ingredients.

Electrolytic polishing
Stainless steel electrolytic polishing is the stainless steel products hanging on the anode, in the electrolytic polishing solution for anodic electrolysis. Electrolytic polishing is a special anodic process. During the whole anodic electrolytic polishing process, the surface of the stainless steel product is carried out simultaneously with two conflicting processes, namely the continuous formation and dissolution of the oxide film on the surface of the metal.
