1. Choose the appropriate venue and warehouse

4) Small and medium sized steel, wire rod, steel bar, medium caliber steel pipe, steel wire and wire rope, etc., can be stored in well-ventilated shed, but must be on the mat.
5) Some small steel, sheet steel, steel, silicon steel, small diameter or
thin-walled stainless steel tube, a variety of cold-rolled, cold drawn steel and high prices, corrosion-resistant metal products, can be stored in storage.

2. Reasonable stacking, advanced first
1) The principle of stacking is that under the conditions of stable palletizing and ensuring safety, the palletizing can be done according to the variety and specification, and the materials of different varieties should be stacked separately to prevent confusion and mutual corrosion.
2) It is forbidden to store items that have a corrosive effect on steel in the vicinity of the pile.
3) Bottom should be padded, strong, flat, to prevent moisture or deformation of the material.
4) The same materials have been stacked separately according to warehousing, to facilitate the implementation of the principle of first-mover.
5) Open piled steel, the following must have a wooden pad or stone, butt slightly tilted, to facilitate drainage, and pay attention to the material placed straight to prevent bending deformation.
6) Stacking height, manual work of no more than 1.2m, mechanical work no more than 1.5m, stack width does not exceed 2.5m.
7) Between the stack and stack should leave some channels, check the road is generally 0.5m, access channels, depending on the size of the material and transport machinery may be, usually 1.5 ~ 2.0m.
8) Stack bottom padding, if the warehouse is a sunny cement floor, padded 0.1m can be; if mud, to be padded 0.2 ~ 0.5m. If the open space, the cement floor padded 0.3~0.5m, sand mud pad high 0.5 ~0.7m.

3. Protective material packaging and protective layer
Pre-painted stainless steel pipe factory preservatives or other complex coating and packaging, which is an important measure to prevent corrosion of materials in the transport process must pay attention to the protection, can not be damaged, extend the shelf life of the material.
4. Keep the warehouse clean and strengthen material maintenance
1) Stainless steel pipe material before storage should be taken to prevent rain or mixed with impurities on the already stained or rainy materials according to their nature by a different method of wiping, such as high hardness available wire brush, low hardness Cloth, cotton and other objects.
2) After the stainless steel pipe material storage should be checked regularly, if rust, rust layer should be removed.
