Processing Technology of Stainless Steel Pipe Fittings

A) Processing flow

B) Process requirements

C) Quality control
1. During the heat treatment process, the temperature and time of annealing and solid solution should be controlled to achieve a suitable alloy structure and performance;
2. During processing and molding, it must be processed strictly according to the design requirements to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish;
3. Surface treatment should be carried out in strict accordance with the technical requirements of polishing and sandblasting to ensure surface smoothness and corrosion resistance;
4. After the inspection, the unqualified products should be dealt with in time, and the unqualified rate must be controlled within an extremely low range.
