Weldability
Different uses of the product have different welding performance requirements. A class of tableware on the welding performance generally do not require, and even part of the pot companies. However, most products require raw material welding performance, such as two types of tableware, mugs, steel pipes, water heaters, drinking fountains and so on.
Corrosion resistance
Most stainless steel products require good corrosion resistance, stainless steel tube as a second class tableware, kitchen utensils, water heaters, drinking fountains, etc., some foreign businessmen also do corrosion testing on the product: heating with NACL solution to boiling for a period of time after the solution is drained, washed and dried, the weight loss is determined to determine the degree of corrosion (note: due to the composition of the abrasive cloth or sandpaper containing Fe when the product is polished, rust may appear on the surface during the test).
Polishing performance (BQ)
Currently stainless steel products are generally polished during the production of this process, only a few products such as water heaters, drinking fountains, etc. do not need polishing. Therefore, this requires raw material polishing performance is very good. Affect the polishing performance of the main factors are the following:
① Raw surface defects. Such as scratches, pitting, too pickling and so on.
② Stainless steel tube material problems. Hardness is too low, polishing is not easy to throw bright (BQ sex is not good), and the hardness is too low, the surface is prone to orange peel deep drawing phenomenon, thus affecting the BQ sex. BQ hardness is relatively good.
③ After deep drawing products, the deformation of the surface area will be a great small black spots and ridging, thus affecting the BQ sex.
